Shea Homes

Base SF Range: 1,500 – 2,468

T.W. Lewis by David Weekley Homes
Lake Park at the Bridges
Base Price Range: $439,990 –  $474,990
Base SF Range:  3,342 – 3,823

Only Lennar and Woodside Homes have not opened yet for sales at the Bridges at Gilbert. Other builders that are actively selling here are Gehan Homes, Maracay Homes, Meritage Homes, and Pulte Homes.
