As he reflected back on his four years as mayor of the city of Yuma that draws to a close Dec. 31, Alan Krieger pointed with pride to some successes but also expressed frustration that half his term was marked by strife with the council.
He also announced that his plans for the future include running for the Yuma County Board of Supervisors in Supervisor Russell McCloud’s district.
“I did accomplish some key goals that will have a positive effect on the community for many years,” Krieger said, adding that he would give himself a B-plus for making good on his campaign promises.
