Planners to discuss Mohave Valley subdivision

KINGMAN — The county’s planning and zoning commissioners will discuss Wednesday a change to a plan for a proposed Mohave Valley subdivision.

Meeting for the first time in 2014, the commissioners will discuss a change to the proposed Everglades Estates subdivision off Mountain View Road between Joy Lane and Everglades Boulevard in Mohave Valley.

The subdivision’s California developer is asking to remove two conditions from the preliminary plan including having to build a clubhouse anad a 6-foot block wall in the first phase of the project. The other condition is requiring the developer to have front yard landscaping or shingles or siding on the garage matching the residence.
