K Hovnanian and Richmond American selling fast in South Phoenix

During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in its South Phoenix Submarket, two subdivisions were selling extremely well.  Belfiore surveyed both of these communities last on January 31, 2014, and since then, K. Hovnanian’s Enclave at Veneto sold 17 homes and Richmond American’s Laveen Village sold 16 homes.

During this same period, the other subdivisions within this Submarket sold an average of  just over 4 homes.

Enclave at Veneto is offering homes ranging in size from 1,697 – 2,886 square feet and base price from $181,990 – $224,990.  Laveen Village is offering homes ranging in size from 1,800 – 3,500 square feet and price from $202,490 – $266,490.
