Paradise Valley Town Council is expected to vote Thursday, June 12 on a minor General Plan amendment that if approved would trigger the demolition of the now defunct Kachina Country Day School making way for a four-lot residential subdivision.
The 4.1-acre site is at 6602 and 6606 E. Malcomb Drive.
The property owner, Kachina School Land Holdings LLC, seeks three approvals: A minor General Plan amendment, a rezoning of the property and approval for the preliminary plat of the site.
