Sun City residents want renters, landlords held accountable for property conditions

Some Sun City residents have complaints about compliance.

More specifically, lack of compliance by some of their neighbors and the amount of time it takes to correct problems on their properties.

“It’s very concerning. Renters come in and until they get their fifth compliance letter don’t do anything,” Sun City resident Richard Jashinsky said at a meeting in April.

Jashinsky suggested to the SCHOA board in the past that SCHOA distribute more information to landlords about compliance regulations.
