Flagstaff’s housing market showed a double-digit price gain in April, nearly reaching $300,000.
According to information from the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, the median sale price for a single-family detached house increased by 14 percent, from $259,000 last April to $295,000 this April.
That’s a mark this market hasn’t seen in April since 2008.
But it is still $100,000 below the high of $395,000 in 2006.
