The residents of Arrowhead Village trailer park and La Plaza Vieja will have to wait two weeks before learning if a 650-bed student-oriented housing complex passes muster with the Flagstaff Planning and Zoning Commission.
The commission, which is an all-volunteer citizen advisory panel, listened to more than six hours of technical details and public comments about the project —known as The Standard — before continuing the rezoning request two weeks to its next regular meeting.
The project will still go on July 1 before the elected Flagstaff City Council, which has the final say on the rezoning.
