Arizona’s top health official has accepted a judge’s decision adding post-traumatic stress disorder to the list of debilitating conditions that qualify for medical marijuana treatment.
State Department of Health Services Director Will Humble made the decision Wednesday. That was his deadline to accept, modify or reject an administrative law judge’s decision saying PTSD sufferers should be eligible for a medical marijuana registration card.
