According to Silver Fern Companies (John Fortini; President), Beazer Homes’ Morning Sun Farms received final acceptance from Pinal County on August 13, 2014. Model homes are already under construction and the grand opening for the newly finished lots is scheduled for late September. Silver Fern served as the development manager for Beazer in developing the partially improved lots.
The Morning Sun Farms master planned community is located in Pinal County in the San Tan Valley region, specifically at the northwest corner of Gary Road and Skyline Drive. The newly finished lots are located in Unit 4C of Morning Sun Farms which includes 45 – 45’x120’, 75 – 50’x120’, and 11 – 65’x120’ lots.
Cameron Carter, Rose Law Group Partner and Director of Transactional Department say,s “We’ve recently seen a pick up in development agreement modifications in the San Tan area. While closings are flat, seeing Beazer commit to these lots is encouraging and a good sign of things to pick up in 1st Q 2015.”
