Antera Development LLC (no record was found with the Arizona Corporation Commission) recently submitted a site plan, landscape plan, and building elevations for the residential redevelopment portion of the Borgata in South Scottsdale (north of the northwest corner of McDonald Drive and Scottsdale Road).  Antera submitted the plans for “The Enclave at Borgata” to the City of Scottsdale on July 25, 2014 (click here to view the applicant’s submittal). Davis Architects is listed as the applicant on behalf of Antera.

According to submittals, the site plan proposes a 90-unit residential condominium development with an overall density of 18 +/- du/acre.  The development is proposed as three separate buildings, each four stories tall (48’ in height), atop underground parking.  A total of 203 parking spaces are proposed for the site. The three buildings will share common community amenities that will include: pool, spa, BBQ, firepit, & fitness facility. Proposed units are one, two and three bedroom units that average 2,200 square feet. Every unit will also have its own outdoor balcony.

The current owner of the site, Borgata GP LLC (TerraWest Communities / JEN Partners), originally closed on the site back on March 21, 2014 for $13,850,000 (click here to view the affidavit).
