It appears Hines has closed on the Chandler Viridian properties for a combined $26,265,832. The 29.23 acre property, which is a collection of parcels all at the NWC of the 101 and 202 at the Chandler Fashion Center Mall in Chandler, has been reported to be planned for a $150M mixed-use project that was approved by the City in September of this year. Hines was anticipated to close later this year, so things may be on track. We have yet to confirm details with Hines, but will follow up with additional info.
