HomeSmart founder buys Scottsdale building for $7M for move

HomeSmart LogoHomeSmart International founder Matt Widdows and Utah businessman Mark Bullock have bought a Scottsdale commerical builidng for $7 million, and the company is slated to move its corporate offices from 32nd Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix to the Scottsdale builidng north of Loop 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.

Entities called Reems and Greenway LLC and Hartford Exchange LLC bought the Hartford Place building from Newport Beach, California-based Buchanan Street Partners.

Widdows is listed as a principal with Reems and Greenway, according to the Arizona Corporation Commission filings. Bullock is a principal with Hartford.
