Coolidge General Plan

 Coolidge General Plan

On November 4 voters approved the 2025 Coolidge General Plan. The plan was completed and voted on by the Coolidge City Council earlier this year and was approved unanimously. Growth Management Director Rick Miller has said the previous plan was far outdated and not accommodating for the needs of Coolidge. The 2025 Coolidge General Plan will reduce the number of land use designations in the city while creating comprehensive plans for open space, infrastructure and growth areas.
