$7.3M sale of the silicon-wafer fabrication plant just east of N. 7th Street on Bell Road (1000 & 1100 E. Bell Rd) in Phoenix by an entity formed by Western Digital Corporation. According to multiple sources, Western Digital purchased the 31 acre property in 2010 for $20M.
