New RUCO director to replace Patrick Quinn

Navajo County Supervisor David Tenney has been appointed director of the Residential Utility Consumer Office (RUCO).

Navajo County Board of Supervisors chairman David Tenney was appointed Monday as the director of the Residential Utility Consumer Office, replacing director Patrick Quinn.

Tenney has an “active and extensive career representing Arizonans,” a press release from Ducey’s office said. He’s been a county official, business owner and school board member, the release says.
