$5M+ Deal – $6.3M sale of Phoenix industrial complex

Below is the deal that closed Monday, February 2, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$6.3M sale of the Broadway Crossing industrial complex on the NWC of E. Broadway Road and S. 30^th Street (2950 E. Broadway Road), in Phoenix, by Phoenix Airport Industrial LP, an entity that appears to have been created by California-based, CNA Enterprises, Inc. (Arnon Adar, president and chief executive officer), based on county and state records.

The 6.5-acre property includes used car dealership Goldie’s Motors.
