Work continues to progress on schedule for three major Recreation Centers of Sun City facility renovations.
RCSC officials are monitoring construction at the Marinette Recreation Center, 9860 W. Union Hills Drive, and the tennis complex at Bell Recreation Center, 16820 N. 99th Ave. Crews are also working on a complete renovation of the Riverview Golf Course, 16401 N. Del Webb Blvd.
All three projects are being paid for from RCSC’s preservation and improvement fund. The tennis project will cost $1.77 million and the Marinette project has a $4.7 million price tag. The Riverview renovation has an estimated $6 million cost.
