$74.3 million sale of the Camelback Esplanade III office building in Phoenix. Business Real Estate Weekly reports Crow Holdings Capital Partners LLC in Dallas, Texas bought the 218,266-square-foot building.

$65 million sale of the Promenade Corporate Center, on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Bell roads (16427 N. Scottsdale Road) by Excel Promenade Office LLC, an entity of Excel Trust, Inc.
The firm (EXL) is a retail focused real estate investment trust that primarily focuses on “community and power centers, grocery anchored neighborhood centers and freestanding retail properties,” according to their website. Excel Trust trades publicly on the NYSE under the symbol EXL.
The buyer was ER/GS LP Promendade LLC.
$22 million down payment was used on a conventional loan.

$33.5 million sale of a 294-unit apartment project located at 110 E. Greenway Parkway in Phoenix. Business Real Estate Weekly reports the seller was AG/Starboard 110 Greenway Owner LLC, a company formed by Angelo, Gordon & Co. LP in New York City, New York.

$10.4 million sale of the Grove at Black Canyon office complex at the northeast corner of Peoria Avenue and Black Canyon Freeway (10830 N 25th Ave.) in Phoenix by KP Black Canyon LLC.
The buyer was IPF Black Canyon LLC, an entity of Fenway properties, a real estate investment company based in San Diego.
