$36 million sale of the Springs at Gilbert Meadows apartments west of the intersection of W. Juniper Avenue and N. Gilbert Road (275 W. Juniper Avenue) has been sold.
Business Real Estate Weekly reports that Resource Real Estate Inc. in Philadelphia, Pa. has bought the 459-unit complex in Gilbert.
