During Belfiore’s most recent trip to Williams Gateway North submarket in Mesa, several subdivisions were selling extremely well.
Two new communities opened March 7 in this submarket, and each reported more than 30 sales.
Blandford opened Mulberry, which consists of four product-lines ranging from a cluster lot up to a 60’ x 125’ lot. All four product-lines combined for 44 sales. This community garnered attention earlier this month when a number of people camped out to be first in line for their products, a good sign for the sluggish housing industry.
Belfiore also went to Eastmark, where AV Homes opened an active adult community called Encore at Eastmark. The sales associates reported 31 sales since opening.
Other notable communities within this submarket during the last two months: Cactus at Bella Via – 13 sales, Legacy at Eastmark – 14 sales, Discovery at Eastmark -15 sales, Estates at Morrison Ranch – 12 sales, Keighley Place – 12 sales, and Sunland Springs – 18 sales.
