Aging malls are being renovated into new spaces. The former Macy’s building at the Fiesta Mall in Mesa will be transformed into “Fiesta Corporate Campus” – an office center with the potential of housing 1,300 employees.
Verde Fiesta I, LLC (represented by Scott Jackson and Steven Johnson) purchased the building from Macy’s Inc. The Mall is 35 years old, and Macy’s closed in 2014. Construction for Fiesta Corporate Campus is scheduled for fall 2015. It is expected to take 18 months.
