Tractor Supply Company is expanding into Cave Creek with plans to build a store of more than 21KSF on nearly three acres on the southwest corner of Cave Creek and Olesen roads.
Tractor Supply will be an anchor store in a project that will include three other pads for such businesses as retail, restaurant, bank or auto products and services.
The 3 acres is a county island that is being annexed by Cave Creek and part of the larger 10-acre project.
A soft opening is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 3. Tractor Supply Company sells products for agriculture, home improvement, lawn and garden, clothing and livestock, equine and pet care.
