Three separate projects on McMillan Mesa are likely to start coming together this summer.
City of Flagstaff staff will give City Council and the public a better idea of what private and public developments are scheduled for McMillan Mesa at a Council work session Tuesday evening.
Staff is defining McMillan Mesa as the land south of Forest and Cedar avenues. That area includes 212 acres of land zoned residential, 9 acres zoned commercial, 59 acres zoned research and development, 89 acres zoned public facilities, 146 acres of private land and 265 acres of city-owned land.
