Real estate industry professionals have seen their world change significantly with the Internet revolution.
“Buyers I work with expect, at a minimum, a photograph and a virtual tour [posted online],” said Abbie Roses, a local Realtor with BloomTree Realty who has been working in the Prescott market for about nine years. “A lot of them like to see video and even drone video as well.”
If a real estate agent does not use what is considered the industry’s number one tool (online multi listing services [MLS]), and use it well, then it’s safe to say they’re probably not seeing much business coming their way.
A well-recognized change in the dynamic between home buyers/sellers and real estate agents is that agents are no longer the sole source of information concerning real estate.
