- As reported in Business Real Estate Weekly, Regent Properties LLC acquired a four-building, 258KSF office and flex complex located at the southwest corner of the Loop 101 and 7th Street in the Deer Valley area of north Phoenix for $41.8M ($162/sf). The seller was RREEF America REIT III Corp. G., which is managed by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management in Chicago, Ill. The deal was brokered by Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan, Rusty Kennedy, Ashley Brooks, Jim Bayless and Jenny Aust of CBRE in Phoenix.
