It’s no surprise that the top-scoring public schools are in the more affluent parts of the East Valley, but you don’t have to be among the wealthiest in the Valley to live in the neighborhoods with the top schools.

We commissioned Maps & Facts Unlimited Inc. to reveal how much it costs to live in these neighborhoods and, with rare exception, there are a number of homes with values that don’t require a hefty bank account to purchase.

Here’s a look at top-scoring schools in the Phoenix area and how much it will cost you to live there.
