Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Land Sale on Behalf of Nile Housing Partners

(NEWS RELEASE)

Central Phoenix LandCushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that Native American Connections, LLC has purchased 1.76 acres at 1537 W. Camelback Rd. for $1.1 million

Cushman & Wakefield Vice Presidents Brian Rosella and Will French represented Nile Housing Partners L.P. of Phoenix, seller of the property.

“Native American Connections plans to take advantage of the property’s great location next to the Light Rail and plans to build a 55-unit apartment project,” said Mr. Rosella. “We have seen impressive demand for multifamily housing along the Light Rail routes. This parcel provides an ideal opportunity for in-fill development in Central Phoenix.”

Native American Connections is a Phoenix-based, non-profit organization that focuses on improving the lives of individuals and families through Native American culturally appropriate behavioral health, affordable housing and community development services.
