The city council agreed with staff not to sell buildings after receiving a report from their real estate consultant that outlines how, and at what values, they could sell several of Glendale’s buildings and properties.

Cushman & Wakefield, now owned by DTZ, produced the broker opinion of values that was required by the 2015 contract between the company and the city, which followed a request for proposals the city issued in November 2014.
