West Valley economic and business group CEO resigns, staff exiting

Richard Hubbard has resigned as president and CEO of Westmarc, the West Valley economic and business group.

Hubbard took over as Westmarc’s chief executive in February after Michelle Rider who left the group last November to become economic development director for the city of Goodyear. Rider now goes by Michelle Lawrie after getting married.

Westmarc’s two staffers, Darah Mann and Ashley Scott, are also leaving the business promotion and attraction group.
