Royal Green Development plans to build an 8-story, 90-unit condo project at 12th Street and Washington, directly south of the light rail station.
According to plans on file with the City of Phoenix, the goal of the approximately 1.17 acre development – to be called Washington Enclave – is to provide healthy living opportunities for residents, including possible amenities such as yoga and fitness classes, health club memberships, a farmer’s market, space for community supported agriculture and a rooftop garden.
