Arizona Department of Transportation selected Fluor Enterprises, Inc., Granite Construction Co., Ames Construction, Inc., and Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. to design, build and maintain a new stretch of Loop 202 freeway in the Phoenix area.
Following a nearly four-month review of proposals from the three short-listed team, ADOT made the selection Dec. 28, about three weeks ahead of the anticipated award date planned for later in January. The trio selected were part of the Connect 202 Partners team. This final segment of the Proposition 400 freeway system will cost $1.9 billion.
