Nearly three-dozen city of Prescott-owned properties located all around the community are under consideration for sale or lease.
In a continuing effort to deal with the city’s budget-shortfall issues, the Prescott City Council heard a presentation Tuesday, Jan. 5, on a list of “holdings for potential disposal.”
The list, which the city made available just before Tuesday’s meeting, includes a number of Prescott-area properties, as well as about 25 water-related properties in the Chino Valley area.
