Modus Development has proposed a unique 20-unit gated townhome project called Circle Lofts, to be located on Granite Reef Road south of McDowell in Scottsdale.
The 1.5-acre infill site’s three, three-story buildings would be comprised of a generally circular motif, a significant departure from most new residential developments in the Valley, which tend toward a more cubist aesthetic. A central amenity space occupies the project’s midpoint with a pool, spa, barbeque area and ramada.
