After 10 years supplying water to Cottonwood Ranch, the Town of Clarkdale has finally pulled the plug, officially handing over the reins to the City of Cottonwood.
Town Manager Gayle Mabery announced the news during a Jan. 26 council meeting.
“It’s been a long transition. The goal was to have them stand on their own and only have emergency water from Clarkdale,” said Mabery in a follow-up interview.
