One member of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors is convinced the county’s policy regarding running for political office is not being followed by some.
At a recent work session, the board was briefed on permissible and impermissible political activities for county employees.
Interim Human Resources Director Patrick Camunez gave the supervisors a handout that covered frequently asked questions and hypothetical scenarios involving campaign activity. He said if county employees read the handout and ask questions, they should avoid any problems.
