Buying a home near select grocery stores may put value in your cart.
A recent Jan. 25 report from Seattle-based online real estate database company, Zillow, noted that between 1997 and 2014 homes near premium grocers Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods were consistently worth more than the median U.S. home.
