Infill condos, restaurant development slated for vacant Old Town Scottsdale land

An infill condominium and retail development is slated for one of the few remaining empty lots in Old Town Scottsdale.

AZP Retail Investment Group and DPA Architects Inc. are proposing the Second Street Square development at Second Street and Scottsdale Road.

Project plans call for a three-story, 10,000-square-foot building with four, two-level condos and two ground-level retail and restaurant spaces.

The property is located off Scottsdale Road in one of the region’s top commercial corridors.
