Here’s the latest ‘poop’ on Wildhorse Estates fuss

At the height of his frustration, a Wildhorse Estates resident gave each Pinal County Supervisor a gift bag of fresh horse feces. “I’m giving you a tiny little taste, and you’re giving me tons,” he told the supervisors at the time.

The resident was at the end of his rope with ongoing violations in his subdivision — the worst was a neighbor who dumped horse feces in the wash, where it flowed down to his place, dammed up and washed into his back yard.
