PulteGroup was the area’s busiest homebuilder between July 2011 and June 2012, selling 995 homes in the Phoenix area, according to the Phoenix Business Journal’s annual Home Builder’s list, published today.
Second in the rankings was D.R. Horton, with 700 homes sold. Third was Meritage Homes Corp., with 539 sold.
The list was ranked by number of homes sold between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012. Sales numbers were provided by R.L. Brown Reports, www.rlbrownreports.com .
