City picks Trammell Crow bid again for big downtown redevelopment

Trammell Crow Co. appears to be the preferred bidder — again — for the largest parcel of undeveloped land in downtown Phoenix.

The parcel is at Fillmore Street and Fourth Avenue on the west side of downtown. It is owned by the city of Phoenix, which issued a request for proposals for development.

A Trammell Crow entity called High Street Fillmore LLC was among four bidders for development.
