Per the terms of his contract, Town Manager Brent Billingsley presented a performance plan Sept. 6 to the Town Council, specifying eight areas in which he plans to make progress in Florence over the next three years.
Billingsley said he set these priorities, in no particular order, based on many conversations, meetings and direction from the council since he began with the town just before the new calendar year. “These eight major issues have come up again, again and again.”
