Scottsdale rezones part of downtown to pave way for new housing development

Scottsdale City Council has accepted a proposal for the rezoning of a highway commercial zone in order to make way for a new housing development during its Monday, Nov. 14 city council meeting.

Additionally, the city council decided to enter into a development agreement with CRP/WP Scottsdale Owner, LLC to move forward with the proposed housing the development.

With the approval, the document titled “Alta Osborn Development Plan” will now become public record, according to a resolution.
