The president of the Arizona-Mexico Commission and friend of Gov. Doug Ducey has resigned.
David Farca’s departure from the unpaid post as head of the public-private organization that promotes trade, networking and information-sharing was rumored last week, and became official during a reception in Hermosillo, Mexico. The reception was attended by 150 people, including Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, state and business leaders, and Sonoran officials.
Farca said he decided to step down to spend more time on his personal business
