Thanks to technological advancements continuing to permeate through all aspects of a home sale, from searching for the house itself all the way through the mortgage process, homes will spend less time on the market in the future.
In fact, according to a new report from Redfin, homes will fly off the market in 2017, faster than any other year on record.
“We expect 2017 to break the 2016 record as the fastest market on record, measured by the average number of days homes spend on the market before going under contract,” Redfin Chief Economist Nela Richardson said.
