Homebuilder looks to begin building in Casa Grande

A homebuilder is set to begin construction on two model homes in Casa Grande after getting the nod from city planners.

Brown Homes has secured lots in both the Desert Sky Ranch and McCartney Center subdivisions and plans to construct model homes in both locations.

Tim Morris, who spoke on behalf of the company, said the homes in both locations would be architecturally compatible with the existing homes. The homes in Desert Sky Ranch will be slightly smaller, Morris noted.
