$450M development, 1,300 homes slated for West Valley

The Glendale City Council has approved a $450 million development called Stonehaven.

The project will be at 91st Avenue and Camelback Road near University of Phoenix Stadium.

The 395-acre project is slated to bring 1,300 single family homes and retail to the West Valley.
