Coolidge drops tax levy, but maintains revenue

COOLIDGE — At Monday night’s Coolidge City Council meeting, council members opted to drop the property tax rate down to $1.9062 per $100 of value for the new fiscal year.

The reason for the drop, says Finance Director Gabriel Garcia, has to do with the rise in property valuations for Pinal County.
