Negotiations begin for new Circle K in Florence (plus other council biz)

FLORENCE — Circle K took a step closer to replacing its two little stores on South Main Street with a larger and more modern one Monday.

The Town Council’s gave its approval for town staff to begin negotiating a development agreement for the new store at Main and Brady streets.

The company wants to build a 5,881-square-foot store with eight gas pumps on the vacant lot that once housed Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Co. and was most recently a feed store.
