Congratulations to our friend and former client (when he was President of Qwest Communications, Pat Quinn, named RUCO director!

Governor Jan Brewer today named Pat Quinn the new Director of the Arizona Residential Utility Consumer Office (RUCO). RUCO was established to represent the interests of residential utility customers whenever a rate-related issue involving a public service utility is brought before the Arizona Corporation Commission.

“With more than three decades worth of corporate experience in the utility industry, a strong background in finance and a keen eye for smart public policy, Pat is a natural fit for this important role,” said Governor Brewer. “His impressive background – coupled with the strong leadership he has demonstrated throughout his career – will be of tremendous value to RUCO and the State of Arizona.”
